INTRODUCE COMPUTER BASICS VIRTUALLY
Instructional Access, Inc. created the Virtual Touch-Free Computer Camp as a safe and responsible version of our popular Digital Literacy program for our “high-promise” youth. As a safety precaution, the entire program is delivered virtually without the need for students to gather in one place.
Our Virtual Touch-Free training program is designed to introduce and reinforce basic technology to promote independent virtual learning, school attendance, and graduation probability. Laptops, printers, computer accessories and other learning materials are shipped directly to students or delivered using our drive-thru pick-up model. The program is completely virtual and may be implemented with the following benefits:

Computer Basics
Basic computing and navigating the internet have become a necessity in everyday life for access to commerce, employment, education, banking, communication, entertainment, and social networking. Those without the skills and access to relevant technology are unable to effectively compete in the twenty-first century.
Internet Safety, and Computer Security and Privacy
The Internet connects users to people, information, and resources around the world. It is important for young users to understand how to negotiate internet resources with discretion and “integrity” and learn to appreciate effective practices to ensure one’s safety and privacy.
Productivity Programs
The ``Virtual Touch-Free Computer Camp” – Digital Literacy training explores commonly used software and web resources such as, Google Docs®, YouTube®, Microsoft® Word®, Excel®, and PowerPoint®. Participants learn how to install and access software online and learn to differentiate the best software for specific projects.
Digital Connectivity/Integration
Bluetooth® devices, smart phones, tablets and other cloud-based technology are an integral part of the global community. “Virtual Touch-Free Computer Camp” – Digital Literacy training guides participants through a series of exercises for ensuring proper, safe, and reliable connectivity for their devices.
