Instructional Access

What We Do

Founded in 1998, the original mission of Instructional Access, Inc. was to assist teachers with integrating technology into the classroom. The company's training products have evolved over the years and include hands-on learning programs for under resourced youth. Since inception, Instructional Access, Inc. has served more than 29,000 students in 27 states and Puerto Rico.

History

Instructional Access, Inc. was established in 1998 and has become a recognized leader providing youth in "at risk" situations with technology skills and computers for home for academic achievement, career exploration, and School-To-Work opportunities. Our programs are "online" technology-based learning applications that include: high school diploma granting options, career certification modules, basic technology training, online independent living skills seminars, and high school credit recovery opportunities. Since inception, we have served more than 29,000 students in 27 states and Puerto Rico.

Founders

Steve A. Martin – Co President, Chief Operations Officer
Steve has been an operations professional for more than 31 years. Holding a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Electronic Engineering and a Master's Degree in Business Administration. He has guided the company since its inception by setting policies and procedures that have insured success in all of the company's offerings. In addition, he has been responsible all of the technology advancements the company implements. Steve also has been responsible for developing all of the company's support operations including banking, technical, financial, and contracting/legal.

DeNae L. Reagins Co President, Chief Academic Officer
DeNae served more than 13 years as an education professional in multiple school districts in California. He holds a Master of Arts Degree in Educational Administration, coauthored the book "Principles of the Principal", sits on the board of a local hospital, and has kept his teaching credentials current. He is responsible for developing and selling new and existing programs. He also sets the instructional curriculum policies and procedures and continues to be responsible for marketing and press relations. DeNae also sets policy and procedures for instructional staff development.

Instructional Access, Inc. Learning Team

The Instructional Access learning team is comprised of former health and human service youth program managers, evaluators, employment specialists and public school educators. All instructors have Microsoft and or Google Docs certification training and hold state teaching credentials.

Staff

Dedicated to the day-to-day operations of Instructor assignments, curriculum design and development, travel and event management, vendor relations, logistics management, contract and account administration.
